Can’t take it anymore. If u can help…PLEASE DO: 3448 Bernadette Ct. Apt - A, West Covina, CA 91792 This family has been abusing their animals for several years. A beautiful white lab, a black lab and a small dog of unknown breed. They leave them unattended without shelter outside & chained up in their patio. Through rainy and cold winter nights and all day without shade or shelter in the summer heat. They bark 24 hrs a day for help. Humane society has visited and refuse to seize their animals, because they appear healthy. But they do not know how they r left out to fend forthemselves against the elements. And they don’t hear the barking 24 hrs a day. PLEASE TAKE THESE ANIMALS! I have lost many nights of sleep worrying for them in the freezing cold temps of these past few winters. No one will help.
